Israeli authorities have arrested a soldier accused of sharing non-security information, including missile interception videos, with Iranian contacts for payment. In a separate development, Israeli forces killed top Hamas commander Iyad Netzer and two other militants involved in the October 7, 2023, massacre during an operation in Gaza.

An Israeli soldier was arrested for passing information to Iran. The soldier gave “non-security information” to “Iranian elements” in exchange for a fee, authorities said.
Specifically, the soldier is accused of transmitting videos of missile interceptions and photographs of missile landings and hits in Israel during the 12-day war with Iran in June.

Israeli forces killed Iyad Netzer, a top Hamas commander in Gaza, along with Netzer, two other terrorists who had taken part in the October 7, 2023 massacre in Israel which started the war.
