Once again, President Vladimir Putin has hailed PM Modi, stating that “he is a very wise man,” Russia-based media RT reported. Putin has also called for further cooperation between Russia and India in the field of financial security and the fight against cybercrime. His remarks come on the heels of the adoption of the New Delhi Declaration at the G20 Summit in India. Earlier also, Vladimir Putin hailed PM Modi’s ‘independent’ foreign policy and Make in India initiative. The New Delhi Declaration was welcomed by Moscow, which termed it a "milestone" and also praised the active role of India.
