Hurricane Priscilla has rapidly strengthened off the southwest coast of Mexico, bringing with it sustained winds of 75 mph and dangerous conditions across the region. Located south-southwest of Cabo Corrientes, Priscilla is slowly moving north-northwest, posing a serious threat to Mexico’s coastal areas. Authorities have issued a Tropical Storm Watch from Punta San Telmo to Punta Mita, with rainfall predictions reaching up to six inches, increasing the risk of flash floods, mudslides, and life-threatening conditions.
