With economic conditions in Greece remaining perilous, one of the country's football clubs Voukefala has come up with a way of attracting sponsorship money ufffd by displaying the name of a local brothel on their shirts
“When we announced to the players that our sponsor would be a brothel they wanted to know about bonuses,” Batziolas told NovaSport FM radio station.
Voukefala are not the only Greek club to have attracted an unusual sponsor. Paleopyrgo have signed a deal with a local funeral home to become the club’s sponsors.
