Former India captain Dilip Vengsarkar launched the fifth edition of the India Crossword League (IXL) recently. "Crosswords with the launch of Indian Crossword League have now taken the form of a proper sport. It helps minds in more ways than one," said Vengsarkar.
Following the launch, the first of the 10 online weekly rounds kicked off. Subsequent nine weekly rounds will be held at 11 am on Sundays. The contest is hosted on crypticsingh.com, the website of the organisers Extra C.
