Sharma smashed 87 runs for Mumbai Indians against Chennai Super Kings on Friday.
"I know I missed out on the World Cup. But it's alright, such things happen. I just need to keep my focus on.
"I don't want to lose my heart and whenever I get the opportunity, want to do my best," said Sharma.
