All-rounder Ravindra Jadeja took 6 wickets and scored 92 runs (42 in the first innings and 50 in the second) in the first Test as Team India crushed New Zealand by 197 runs on Monday at Kanpur's Green Park stadium.

But, what people will remember in years to come isn't his bowling or batting, but his unique 'sword play' celebration upon reaching his half-century in the second innings.
Jadeja, who is from a warrior clan, is famous for this 'talwar-baazi' to celebrate a batting milestone, having done it after scoring a fifty at Lord's in 2014.
He had also displayed his sword-wielding skills at his sangeet ceremony and left his guests in awe.
On Sunday, Jadeja took a single to complete his half-century and skipper Virat Kohli, seemed to have been waiting for this, since he immediately started gesturing for a declaration and asking his teammates out in the middle to return to the dressing room. But the cricketer from Saurashtra was too engrossed in his celebration to notice.
This made Kohli 'spoof' Jadeja's sword-play while asking the batsmen to return to the pavilion unbeaten.
