French teenager Alize Cornet stunned Nadia Petrova at the Sydney International with a straight sets victory over the world number 11 in the first round today.
The 18-year-old broke Petrova's serve six times as she swept aside the Russian 6-2, 6-4 in under 90 minutes at Sydney Olympic Park Tennis Centre. "I really have to make some more things (happen) on the court.
