In the second Women's ODI match against the Indian women's team, the Australian women's team has won the toss and elected to bowl first at the Maharaja Yadavindra Singh International Cricket Stadium in Punjab.
For the second ODI match, both teams have made two changes to their playing XIs. India has brought in Arudhati Reddy and Renuka Singh in place of Jemimah Rodrigues and Shree Charani.
Rodrigues has been ruled out of the ODI series against Australia. Due to viral fever, the "Women in Blue" have named Tejal Hasanbis as her replacement.
Considering that the ODI Women's World Cup 2025 is about to begin on September 30, Team India's management will expect the Mumbai-born cricketer to recover in time.
On the other hand, Darcie Brown and Georgia Voll have replaced Kim Garth and Phoebe Litchfield in the visitors' team.
Currently, Australia are leading the three-match women's ODI series by 1-0.

The marquee event will kick-start with the first game scheduled to be played between the Indian women's team and the Sri Lankan women's team on September 30 at the Barsapara Stadium.
The high-voltage clash between arch-rivals, India and Pakistan, has been scheduled to be played on October 5 at the R. Premadasa International Cricket Stadium in Colombo.
Whereas the Australians will begin their campaign on October 1, with their first match scheduled against the New Zealand women's team at the Holkar Stadium in Madhya Pradesh.
