The digits hold sentimental value, combining the birthdays of his two children: daughter Samaira (born December 30) and son Ahaan (born November 15). Together, the numbers total 45, Rohit's iconic jersey number for India. His previous ride featured 264, which was a nod to his record-breaking ODI score against Sri Lanka in 2014, the highest in men’s ODI history.
While Rohit continues to make headlines off the field, his future is approaching a decisive juncture. Having last represented Mumbai Indians in the IPL 2025, the veteran batter is expected to return for what could potentially be his final international series.
