Chelsea star Cesc Fabregas shared this cute picture (above) of his newborn son Leonardo yesterday with his 8.7 million Instagram followers and wrote a touching message for his partner Daniella Semaan.
Fabregas informed everybody that the mother and baby are doing fine. He captioned the picture: "Tuesday night we welcomed our gorgeous boy, Leonardo Fabregas Semaan to the world. A special Thank You to @daniellasemaan my love, for everything you have given me and being the bravest women on earth. I love you so much. Both mummy and baby are doing amazing." Leonardo is Fabregas’ third child with Semaan. He has two daughters Lia (4) and Capri (2). Meanwhile, Semaan has son Joseph and daughter Maria from her previous marriage with businessman Elie Taktouk.
