London: English Premier League club Chelsea's goalkeeper Petr Cech is reported to be "99 percent certain" of his move to Arsenal this summer.

The Chelsea custodian has been allowed to quit Stamford Bridge when the transfer window re-opens and has garnered a lot of interest from top clubs, reports metro.co.uk.
Liverpool, Roma, Inter Milan and Manchester United are all keen but Cech wants Arsenal.
Cech is apparently 99 percent certain it will happen but the final one percent rests with Blues' owner Roman Abramovich, who is in-charge of sanctioning the transfer. Arsenal are reportedly lining up a £10 million bid for the custodian.
