British actress Helen Flanagan made her England footballer boyfriend Scott Sinclair's birthday special by throwing a star-studded party in Dubai. The Celtic player, who turned 28 on Saturday, has been dating the Coronation Street actress since 2009.

According to The Sun, Flanagan organised for a large birthday cake in the shape of a football pitch. Sinclair was impressed and looked lovingly at Helen as they posed with the cake.
The 26-year-old beauty also shared a couple of photo montages (above) of them and their daughter Matilda on the day. She wrote: "Happy birthday to my @scotty__sinclair. Me and Matilda love you so so much @scotty__sinclair xx".
