England footballer's girlfriend flies down to Manchester from Los Angeles to ring in his 25th birthday

England and Manchester United star Jesse Lingard had a birthday weekend to remember as his model girlfriend Jena Frumes, flew in from Los Angeles to Manchester to celebrate his 25th birthday.
Lingard didn't mention Jena's name on his social media post, but she posted everything from the drinks they were enjoying to an intimate video of him dancing in his kitchen. Jesse posted the same kitchen picture with his birthday balloons spelling out 'J Lingz'.
She also wished him on his Twitter and Instagram accounts and posed in a Manchester United T-shirt on social media. According to British tabloid The Sun, Lingard, who has 2.6m followers on Instagram, is secretly dating Frumes after meeting her last year in the US. “They've been on some dates, but I don't know if it's serious yet,” said a source.
