The couple was first seen in public together when having lunch in London, reported The Sun.
In March, the British tabloid had reported that the 38-year-old former footballer had spent the night with the 26-year-old at her Essex flat.
In June, Ferdinand, who is now a BT Sport pundit after retiring in 2015, spent a romantic weekend at her home.
This is his first relationship since girlfriend Rebecca Ellison died of breast cancer in 2015. The couple had three children — daughter Tia (six), and sons Tate (eight) and Lorenz (10).
