Rio, 42, and Kate, 29, announced the arrival of their baby in February and the reality TV star admitted being a mother has been a roller-coaster ride.

“Some days I make it to the gym and feel ready to take on the world...And other days we shower, get back in bed, snuggle and that’s ok! Being a mum is such a journey. Since talking to you all and other mums...I’ve really felt like I can relate to you all so much and have stopped beating myself up if every day doesn’t go to plan,” Kate wrote on Instagram.
