Former Serbian tennis ace Ana Ivanovic, who is pregnant with her first child, still makes it a point to keep herself in shape. Ivanovic, who announced in November last year that she and German football star Bastian Schweinsteiger will become parents, took to Instagram to share a picture of herself after a session of yoga. "Loving my prenatal yoga," she wrote recently and also attached a picture of herself wearing a loose t-shirt. Prenatal yoga is known to be of great help to pregnant women.

According to portal, Fit Pregnancy, yoga poses help to strengthen the hips, back, arms and shoulders which are needed to carry the baby's growing weight. Prenatal yoga also helps the woman to focus on holding and breathing. They can fine tune their balance, physically and emotionally. Ivanovic and Schweinsteiger, who started dating in 2014, tied the knot in July 2016 at Venice.
