India's Rohan Bopanna and his Hungarian partner Timea Babos will play Croatia's Mate Pavic and Gabriela Dabrowski in the mixed doubles final of the Australian Open on Sunday. Bopanna and Babos advanced to the finals after claiming victory over the Spanish-Brazilian team of Maria Jose Martinez Sanchez and Marcelo Demoliner on Thursday.
Bopanna, who won the French Open in the same category in 2017, is only fourth Indian to lay hands on any grand slam title after Mahesh Bhupathi, Leander Paes and Sania Mirza. The match will begin at 10.30 am IST.
