The evening race card at Mahalaxmi turned out to be a card of doubles yesterday.
As many as three jockeys and a trainer scored braces. The jockeys who accomplished the feat were Trevor Patel, Neeraj Rawal and S Zervan, and the sole trainer to match their performance with a brace was Pesi Shroff.
There were two horse owners in the list too — Haresh Mehta and Rakesh Jhunjhunwala who also won two races each.
