A Michigan resident suffering from a rare genetic disorder affecting his facial features has sued former NBA star Shaquille O'Neal among others for mocking a selfie he had posted online.

Jahmel Binion reportedly filed a lawsuit on Wednesday in Macomb County Circuit Court seeking damages over USD 25,000.
The Detroit Free Press said Binion had taken a picture of himself last year and posted it, after which O'Neal and some others mocked it on Instagram and Twitter.
On learning about Binion's condition however, O'Neal apologised in April.
