The Rhinos beat Uttar Pradesh Wizards 4-2 in the first semi-final on Saturday to ensure that play in the final in front of their home crowd.
A brace each from Mandeep Singh and Nick Wilson was good enough to see the hosts through. For the Wizards, Nithin Thimmiah scored both the goals.
In the other semi-final, the Waveriders scored a 3-1 win over Punjab Warriors courtesy goals from Andres Mir Bel, Rupinder Pal Singh and Lloyd Norris Jones.
Jamie Dwyer scored the consolation goal for Punjab.
