Ten four-year-old fillies will face the starter in the Villoo Poonawalla Indian Oaks (Gr 1), the stellar attraction of Sunday's eight-race card. Also known popularly as the "Ladies' Derby" because the fillies will race over the Derby trip of mile-and-a-half, the winner will take home a cool Rs 30 lakh, besides a glittering trophy.
Manifold, coming from the yard of Pesi Shroff, towers over the rest on the Class factor, and she is expected to win the Oaks in the hands of David Probert. Themis (Trevor Patel up) is expected to follow her home.
First race at 2.00 pm.
