After a goalless first half, Chimbai scored the lone goal through Gershwin Pereira in the dying minutes of the match to emerge winners.
Earlier, in the semis, Chimbai beat Bandra United SC 2-1, while Sea View got the better of Somlands Sports Club 3-2.
