The Maharashtra State Lawn Tennis Association (MSLTA) and Liberty Videocon yesterday announced a first of its kind inter-club tennis tournament for non-professional players to be held on weekends across the state in February-March.

Over 200 clubs from across Maharashtra are expected to participate in the tournament that offers a winner’s prize purse of Rs 2 lakh, and a runner-up cash award of Rs 1 lakh.
