India's top junior Yuki Bhambri, the 17-year old from Delhi, along with Prakash Amritraj, advanced to the second round of the qualifying competition at the Chennai Open tennis tournament on Saturday.
Bhambri, not at his best, but carried enough ammunition to beat compatriot Ranjeet Virali-Murugesan 7-5, 6-4, while 26-year old Amritraj ousted Vishnu Vardhan 7-5, 6-3.
