Yesterday, the 23-time Olympic gold medalist, who retired from swimming after his five gold and one silver medal-winning show in Rio, made a splash in the pool with his three-month-old-baby Boomer and fiancee Nicole Johnson. He then tweeted this picture and message: “Nothing like being home!! Great way to spend my first day in retirement!!”
