Los Angeles police say that a handful of items stolen from Pete Sampras have been recovered in a city park.
Nearly 100 trophies, including his first from the Australian Open, were taken in the unexplained heist. The Los Angeles Times said that police won't comment on any leads they may have in the unusual crime.
Sampras said that he had not bothered to insure any of his stuff, since he was unsure of how to put a value on it.
