Paris: Rafael Nadal laid down a marker as he chases his 10th French Open title with his most one-sided ever victory at Roland Garros.

The fourth seed lift the Coupe des Mousquetaires next Sunday allowed Georgia's Nikoloz Basilashvili just a single game in a 6-0 6-1 6-0 victory. It is the first time in a completed match at the tournament that Nadal has only lost one game.

The biggest cheer of the match came when Basilashvili, a little-known 25-year-old ranked 63, finally won a game at 6-0 5-0. Nadal now faces fellow Spaniard Roberto Bautista Agut in the fourth-round.

Thiem advances
Earlier, Dominic Thiem eased into the fourth round with a 6-1, 7-6 (7/4), 6-3 win over American 25th seed Steve Johnson. The Austrian is the only player to beat Nadal on clay this season and plays Argentina's Horacio Zeballos for a place in the quarter-finals. Sixth seed Thiem reached the semi-finals at Roland Garros last year.

Aggasi to coach Djokovic?
Meanwhile, Andre Agassi revealed he is happy to work unpaid as Novak Djokovic's coach at Wimbledon next month. Djokovic beat Diego Schwartzman of Argentina 5-7, 6-3, 3-6, 6-1, 6-1 to reach the fourth round. "For me, I do this on my own time and my own dime," said Agassi. "I don't want money, I want to help him. And it helps the game. Him at his best is good for the game and it's a way I can contribute," Agassi added.
