IES New English's (Bandra) left-arm spinner Vighnesh Solanki was the star performer with 8-31 in their Mumbai Schools Sports Association (MSSA) Harris Shield Plate Division boys U-16 inter-school semi-final match against Saraswati Mandir High School (Mahim) at Azad Maidan yesterday.
Saraswati Mandir were all out for 118 in 48.3 overs, thanks to a stellar effort from Vighnesh. IES, in reply, were 178-3 at stumps on Day One of the two-day match with Aditya Parte batting on 93.
