One can’t look at Mario Miranda’s art without immediately being transported to Goa and that “susegad” life. And if you’re craving that slow living and sense of calm and relaxation, what better way to invoke it than a few hours of mindfulness putting together a puzzle with none other than Miranda’s art! We chanced upon a bunch of puzzles themed on Miranda’s cartoons on Jigsaw Nation.
There are his famed slice-of-life caricatures from Goa, such as the humorous Procession series, that’s based on a real-life incident of a wedding procession gone hilariously awry — think drums rolling away downhill, snapping dogs, and young pickpockets with busy hands. Apart from that, there are also cartoons from his travels abroad — a Bustling Broadway puzzle from his trip to New York City, a busy Singapore street, a fruit seller in Macao, and even a girl in a kimono in Japan.
These puzzles come in varying sizes and difficulties, from 150 to 500 pieces. The puzzles start from Rs 570 onwards. Put the puzzles together again and again or, if you get bored of the same puzzle, frame them up once you’re done and you have a Miranda artwork as well as a cherished memory of quality time spent with family and friends!
