A graduate from Oxford and Johns Hopkins University, Chhachhi was mentioned by actor Manisha Koirala’s in her book on cancer. Her process of treatment mainly involves making a plan for a person’s physical, emotional, mental and spiritual nutrition. “Cancer is a multidimensional disease, and a large part of my treatment focuses on what one consumes through the eating habits and thought processes. Physical nutrition gets addressed by diet plans, and the mindset is addressed by specific pranayama exercises and meditation techniques,” she says.
RECOMMENDED BY: Deepali Theckedath, 48, colon and endometrial cancer survivor, says, “All my [health] struggles stopped with Rachna. Her diet plans, prescriptions, and mindfulness activities helped me through this difficult time to such an extent that it gave me the spirit to get through chemotherapy with ease.”
