Crazy about him. Should I tell him?

I have liked a guy for almost 3 years now, and we have never spoken to each other. Whenever we see each other, there is a lot of eye contact. I don’t know if he likes me or not. I think he does, but I’m not sure. A few days ago, I spoke to him for the first time, and it was great. Now, I am all over him. I just don’t know what I should do when I see him. Should I say hi, confess my feeling for him, or just get over him? I am at a place where I can’t date him right now because of my studies. Before that, I was too young to date anyone. I just don’t know what to do. Should I confess my feelings now or confess them later?
I’m not sure I understand where the haste comes from. Is this deadline you have imposed upon yourself based on valid reasons stemming from something other than your education? Do you have somewhere to be in a few months that prevents you from being able to have this conversation with him later? Is there any reason why you are prepared to get over him immediately without even trying to find out if he has any feelings for you? I get the sense that you are being too hard on yourself. Romantic relationships, like friendships, take time to evolve. People need to get to know each other better before they understand how they really feel about each other. You may like him a lot but decide that he isn’t your type at all after spending a little more time with him. He may feel the exact opposite. Why not slow things down for a while and concentrate on whatever your priorities are for now, allowing this to evolve in its own way? Ask him out, try speaking to each other a little more, and gauge how you feel about this when you have both had some more time to chat.
