Furthermore there was evidence to suggest that Col R Sadaullah, of the Special Communications Organisation had sent a mail from a created email id to US service provider Phoenix Telco requesting for VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) and DID (Direct Inward Calling) numbers that were used by the terrorists.

Charges
The charges against Qasab were presented today that included murder, conspiracy, waging war against nation, threat to national security, kidnapping, hijacking, killing of foreign nationals, cheating by impersonation, forgery, killing public servants and has been charged under the Arms Act and the Terror Act amongst others.

Also the age old of Kashmir reared its head again as public prosecutor argued that the main intent of the terrorists was to recapture Kashmir and they chose to do this by spreading terror in the minds of Indians and especially in Mumbai that was a major hub in the country.
