Today, Mumbai's Blues-loving junta can head for the Bonobo Blues Festival, which kicks off with performances from two of amazing international blues musiciansu00a0-- Jose Luis Pardo and Robert Owen Campbell. Pardo, has played previously at Jacksonville Blues Festival in USA where, after his set, he was specially asked to sit in with the legendary Muddy Waters Band to close the Festival.
The Argentine was the only non-American act of the festival. In July 2007, he was the great revelation of Blues Cazorla, Spanish mostu00a0u00a0 important fest, and one of Europe's finest. The talented 29 year-old has already toured Memphis, Chicago, New York, Florida, Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Spain, Portugal, France, Colombia, Mexicou00a0and a long etc.
He has three CDs and a DVD published and is one of the privileged guitar players from Southu00a0America endorsed by legendaryu00a0 guitar company, Gibson Performing alongside this South American guitar guru will be Campbell, the Australian with a smooth, raunchy feel to his Bluesy sound.
A guitar player since he was 10, his slide guitar abilities is part of Blues folklore even as he's been impressing audiences from Papua New Guinea to Kathmandu. He's been regularly touring across Australia, Ireland, the UK and Austria.
