Away from Mumbai on work, Aamir Khan still has his eyes set on the marketing strategy for his next film
He is known to be a firm strategist in the industry and looks like staying true to his image, Aamir Khan is leaving no stone unturned to follow up on the promotions and the marketing plans for his upcoming film, 'Dhoom 3'. Though the star is busy shooting his next film, Peekay with Rajkumar Hirani, sources close to the actor say he has not lost sight of all the action that is going on around Dhoom 3’s upcoming release.

Insiders say he is in touch with Aditya Chopra, whose banner is producing the film and the production team. Says a source, “He may be shooting in a different city but he is interested to know about all the plans around Adi’s marketing plans for their film. In fact, the crew sends him posters and samples of the teasers whenever they are ready and only after they get a thumbs-up from Aamir, do they go ahead with it.”
Those close to Aamir say that before taking off for Delhi to shoot for Hirani’s film, Aamir had long discussions with Aditya and his team on their progress. “In between the shots, Aamir steps out to speak to Aditya on the phone. He wants to get completely involved with all the promotions of the film, especially because the release date is knocking on their doors,” adds the source. The film’s spokesperson confirms, “There is lot of excitement around Aamir’s next. It also marks the coming of together of two huge marketing brands.” u00a0
