Fashion designer Anita Dongre is hunting for an accessory designer for her company AND Designs India Ltd and is taking the crowdsourcing way to discover the best talent
Dongre decided to use the power of online media and has tied up with Talenthouse India, a crowdsourcing platform for the hunt.
