Anurag Basu seems to be having second thoughts. The filmmaker is doing a rethink about the script of his upcoming film, 'Jagga Jasoos', starring Ranbir Kapoor and Katrina Kaif. Sources state that the film is a musical entertainer, but now Basu wants to have less music and more drama in the detective thriller.

Says a source, “Anurag is brainstorming again with the film’s writer Sanjeev Dutta to rework the script. As it was a musical, a lot of songs were to be included.

Ranbir’s character apparently stammers, so whenever he would get excited, he would break into a song. While crooning, his stammering would disappear, so he would be often be shown singing and getting jiggy to the music.”

Though the film has gone on the floors recently, Anurag is still keen to incorporate changes in the script. Ranbir essays an 18-year-old detective in the film who ages as the story continues. Adds the source, “As Ranbir is also co-producing the film with Anurag -- their first joint venture -- he was keen to get it started soon. As soon as he had finished with the first schedule of the film, he began shooting for Jagga Jasoos.
