Actor Ashish Choudhary has learnt to appreciate women a lot more, all thanks to a certain Ms Barbara Horie. The actor who will be soon seen as a glam girl in his next release talks to CS about womanhood:
Whose the best of us all...
I think Ritesh Deshmukh looks the best in drag. Only Rishi Kapoor can match upto him. When I decided to do a drag for this project, I told Ritesh that I would outdo him (laughs out loud). I avoided wearing stockings in the films, which meant that I had to wax my entire body, to suit the skimpy outfits. My co-stars Kangana Ranaut and Mallika Sherawat feel I have the hottest legs in Bollywood (laughs). My god, just tweezing your eyebrows is awful; I wonder how women manage to wax so much.u00a0
Lady like
I got prosthetic breasts to become Barbara that weighed around eight kilos. This heavy extra mass was strapped onto my back so tightly that I could hardly walk. One day, my son had come to the sets, he started crying when he saw me with my breasts (laughs). Now, I love women with high heels. I thought wearing heels would better my posture and so on. I even got a few pairs home to practise my walk but my ankles hurt like hell. When Shamita (my wife) saw the shoes she thought I had got a girl home. I told her that if I got a girl home I surely wouldn't have sent her home barefoot.u00a0
