Mohun Bagan;'s star Brazilian forward Jose Ramirez Barreto yesterday said he was bidding goodbye to his 'favourite' club.
“Time has come to leave the club. Though nobody had planned it, but it had to be someday.
It has been a real pleasure to play so many seasons,” said the Brazilian, who joined the club in 1999 before leaving in 2004 to play for Malaysia’s Pennang FC and Mahindra Untied.
He rejoined Bagan in 2006 and went on to score 200 goals for them.u00a0
