After a harrowing Saturday of chasing the perfect pair of jeans, in a sale-crazy mall, all we wanted, was to put our feet up and settle down with a tall, cool drink.
100 met with our needs ever so wonderfully. It can be nearly impossible to find a seat in any lounge on a Saturday, which was why we'd crossed our fingers hoping to find a table. We needn't have bothered.
When we walked into 100 (Since 2010, is its tagline), after paying a stiff cover charge of Rs 1,000 per person (thankfully, applicable only on weekends), we were delighted to find not just place to sit, but sprawl. 
100 boasts of two areas the dance floor spread out over two areas and a sprawling lounge outside. Massive circular pipes furnished with divans and tons of jazzy cushions make for the seating area.

It's a little like crawling into the concrete pipes that lie by a newly constructed highway/bridge but with bright lights and comfy gaddas.
In the centre is the artificial lawn that sports four pool tables that are open to the public till 12.30 am. Post midnight, sorry kids, you're ushered into the dance floor and have to dance like grown ups.
Since their full menu wasn't ready, we had to choose from a section of it. We began with two cocktails, Cool 100 (Rs 400) and Melon Margarita (Rs 350) and Corn Tostadas (Rs 200), for starters. Cool 100, we were told, is a variation of the LIIT with 7Up, instead of coke and melon liqueur.
As fancy as it sounded, it was the only disappointing drink that evening. The potent Melon Margarita was fruity-fresh, and unlike in several other places, the bartender wasn't stingy with the alcohol.
Corn Tostadas, tiny tarts topped with corn in a Mexican tomato sauce was delicious enough to counter the meat craving.
To make up for the first cocktail we ordered for a Mojito (Rs 350) and Achari Chicken Kebabs (Rs 250). The Mojito packed a punch at first sip and settled to a perfect drink as the ice melted.

The generous portions of Achari Chicken Kebab came with not chutney but a Mayo and Cabbage dressing.

Delicious. With little room for dinner we ordered for a light Pasta Arrabiata with Chicken (Rs 350), which had the right balance of cheese and tomato gravy and came with two crisp slices of garlic bread.
The only reason we deducted marks is because of 100's lack of couple space.

It's a place where you can bring your loud raucous bunch of friends and sprawl on gaddas over smooth cocktails or dance yourself to a tizzy, or even play pool with the boys, but no place to bring your date.

With no room for dessert, we opted for a B52 shot (Rs 300) rooting for 'one-for-the-road' mantra. And as we totteredu00a0 into an autorickshaw, the Bailey's Irish Cream lingered in our palates.
