MNS chief Raj Thackeray today kept mum on whether he would extend support to Shiv Sena-BJP-RPI alliance in its bid to retain power in the civic body of India's financial capital.

"We have not come to that stage...who to help. Let all figures (results) come," Raj told reporters at his residence in Dadar area this afternoon.

Asked if MNS was ready to sit on opposition benches, Raj said, "Yes, why not? I am happy with MNS's performance in Mumbai," he said.

The party has won 27 seats in Mumbai so far, while arch-rival Shiv Sena, in alliance with BJP and RPI, is set to come back to power.

Raj expressed concern over the low voter-turnout in the polls yesterday, and called for action against those who did not vote. He also indicated that the party unit in Thane, where MNS got 7 seats, would be restructured.

"MNS has been growing after every election. Every party grows stage by stage. We will review our shortcomings," he said.

Raj thanked people of Pune and Nashik for supporting MNS. In Nashik, the party is set to emerge as the largest group. The Shiv Sena benefited due to BJP and RPI support, he said.
