The Indian campaign in the individual events ended after archer Deepika Kumari crashed out the World Championships at Belek in Turkey in yesterday. Deepika suffered a 2-6 loss to Mexico's Mariana Avitia in the women's recurve event.
The Indians are still in the fray in the team events. None of the Indian archers, except Rajat Chauhan in men’s compound event, could go beyond the Round of 16 in the individual events in the men’su00a0and women’s sections.
