Dharmendra seems to have apparently run into trouble with his upcoming comic caper.
A case has been filed against the veteran actor as well as his film’s music composer duo of Toshi and Sharib under the copyrights infringement act. YashRaj who hold the music rights of the film has also been slapped with a legal notice.
A source close to YashRaj Films says, “We have heard that a case has been filed but there is no clarity on the issue. We have got in touch with the legal team to give us details about it.” The source adds, “Immediately after the music release of the film on Tuesday, a case was filed for copyrights violation of the music.”
Says Toshi, “I was out of town and returned yesterday . I am not even aware of any legal case.” Dharmendra and YashRaj’s representative remained unavailabe for comment.
