Owais Shaikh's 93 and Nikhil Patil's 3-19 helped Dilip Vengsarkar Foundation win the IDBI Federal Insurance Cup U-12 title, organised by Dilip Vengsarkar Foundation at Mahul recently. They beat IDBI Vengsarkar Cricket Academy by 51 runs.

Owais' fine strokeplay helped Vengsarkar Foundation Oval team score 163-3 in  their alloted 25 overs.  While chasing, IDBI Vengsarkar Cricket Academy's were restricted to 112-8 with Varun top-scoring with 39 in his team's defeat.  

Former India and Mumbai Ranji Trophy captain Dilip Vengsarkar along with former Test player Karsan Ghavri, IDBI Federal Insurance's Kartik Raman and BMC's "M" ward Assistant Commissioner Kale honoured the winners.
