Filmmakers such as Vishal Bhardwaj, Subhash Ghai, Mahesh Bhatt and Prakash Jha among others attended the book launch of renowned lyricist Anand Bakshi’s son, Rakesh Bakshi. The book, which marks Bakshi’s debut as an author, chronicles the early life and career of India’s top 12 directors and also highlights the changing face of Indian cinema. Apart from the personal accounts of filmmakers present at the event, the book also includes voices of industry folk including Ashutosh Gowariker, Tigmanshu Dhulia, Imtiaz Ali, Anurag Basu and Govind Nihalani among others.
