Joining from Lahore through video conferencing, Mahira, wearing a T-shirt that read Zaalima (the song), Mahira told mediapersons, "I wasn't expecting such an overwhelming response. I am excited because the film will release in Pakistan soon. We all are happy that Indian films are back on our screens."
On working with SRK, she said, "He makes me shy. When I landed at Mumbai airport, I expected Shah Rukh will come running towards me, but he didn't (laughs). I was nervous as hell when the shoot started. But he spoilt me a lot."
She dodged questions on missing India promotions, saying, "For me, receiving so much love from people is more than enough. I have done the film; it did well. Now, nothing else matters."
