Ranveer Brar is known to share his recipes on social media and this time the chef took the non-vegetarian side.

Just few days back the chef took to social media to share the recipe of Hawaiian Chicken Drumsticks. The recipe sounds as interesting as the name of the dish is. The dish is quick to make, light to eat, and ideal to savour as a starter or evening snack. Let us find out how to go about with Hawaiian Chicken Drumsticks:

Ingredients

• 6-8 chicken drumsticks
• 2 tbsps freshly squeezed lemon juice
• 2 tbsps Cajun spice powder
• ¼ cup pineapple juice
• 1 tbsp honey
• 5 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
• 1-2 tsp fresh oregano
• 2 tbsps spring onion, chopped
• 1 tsp salt
• ¼ tsp black or lemon pepper
• Olive oil


Method

1. Add all the ingredients to a blender jar, except oil and chicken and blend to a smooth paste.
2. Apply this smooth paste onto the chicken drumsticks and marinate for 2 hours.
3. Arrange the marinated chicken on a greased baking tray.
4. Brush some oil on the chicken as well and bake in the oven at 200 degree C for around 20-25 minutes.
4. Remove once baked and serve hot.
