Ingredients
Kale (a type of leafy veggie): 1 cup
Green apple: 1
Carrot: 1
Ginger (as per taste and appetite)
Cucumber: 1/2
Blueberries: Few
Lime juice: 1 sqeeze
Protein powder: 1 spoon

Method
Add all together and blend till smooth. Add to a glass and drink immediately! Such drinks are instant source of energy and best consumed immediately before they get oxygenated due to exposure
to air.

Ingredients
Water: 1 cup
Hung curd: 1 cup
Strawberry: 1/2 cup
Banana: 1
Museli: 1/2 cup
Honey: 2 tbsp

Method
This is best made with curd hung for at least two hours. Blend the fruit and rest of the ingredients until smooth and pour into tall glass. Garnish with fresh strawberry and sprinkle some dried muesli on top for that crunch!

Ingredients
Dudhi: 200 ml
Lemon: 5 ml
Mint: 8 to 10 leaves
Kadi patta: 5 to 6 leaves
Gud/honey: 10 gms

Method
Get the best of antioxidants from mint and curry leaves and build up your immune system too with this juice. Blend all the ingredients together and the juice is ready to serve.
