I am studying in the IXth standard. I am in love with a girl in my class. I thought it was just an attraction, but now I feel it is more than a liking, it is love. To make matters worse, her mother is a teacher in our school. She teaches science to us, so I cannot tell the girl anything as she might tell her mother and the other teachers in the school. I have decided not to profess my love for her. Now there is one more boy in the class who also likes her. He is waiting for a chance to tell her. I really don't know what to do. This other guy talks to me about her and that he likes her. But I have not told anyone about my love for her. I am her silent lover. I cannot forget her. If she is absent, I feel uncomfortable. I have not even spoken to her as I don't know her even though she is in the class.

You are in the ninth standard so that means you are around 14 years old. You are infatuated by this girl. At your age, it is natural to be infatuated by someone. It could be a filmstar, pop singer or anyone you fancy because you like what you see. You barely know this girl, so first be friends with her. Get to know her, maybe after knowing her, she might be a different person and not exactly how you had perceived her to be. Right now, you are imagining how she is, but in reality she might be a totally different person. You may not even like her after talking to her! Also, as her mother is a teacher in the school, you have to be cautious. Any wrong move, and her mother and the other teaching staff will know. This other boy is highly likely to be boasting about her. It is idle talk so don't bother. More importantly next year you will be in class 10 and have a board exam, so concentrate on your studies for now.
