When Sanjay Gupta was in Rishikesh ('Gups, patli gully se; February 9, HiTLIST), he heard the news that his mother was seriously ill and had to rush back immediately to Mumbai. Apparently, his mother had been unwell for some time but the doctors had told Gupta that her health was improving and that's why he took off for Rishikesh.
